Students with hearing, speech, or learning disabilities should notify Northshore Driving Academy prior to enrolling and will be eligible for alternative teaching and testing techniques.
You will find Northshore Driving Academy to be very receptive to our clients and will strive to settle any issues. Any grievance(s) not resolved by the school may be forwarded to the Department of Public Safety and Corrections, Public Safety Services, Office of Motor Vehicles, Attn.: Training and Certification Unit, P.O. Box 64886, Baton Rouge, LA, 70896-4886.
If any necessary absence occurs during the classroom portion of instruction contact the office to work out when the class time can be made up. If a student misses or cancels a scheduled driving session without reasonable notice (usually 24 hours prior notice) a fee of $25.00 will be charged to cover instructor costs. No certificate will be awarded until the course requirements are met.
We do not refund deposits. Deposit are transferable to the next class only. Please call as soon as possible if you are not able to attend class.
Completion of any course at Northshore Driving Academy does not guarantee that a driver’s license will be awarded to a student nor will this course count for any school credit. Students may qualify for a discount on auto insurance premiums; contact your agent for details.
